With 25+ years of coaching experience, 15 years in career development, and 5 years in people management, nothing brings me more joy than helping people maximize their potential by aligning their strengths and values with meaningful goals.

As a former collegiate athlete and high school cross-country coach, I understand the power of individualized coaching. I’ve seen firsthand how impactful it is to have someone help you clarify where you excel, identify what’s holding you back, co-create a plan to move forward, and support you through wins, setbacks, and everything in between. I believe everyone can benefit from coaching.

My love of this work deepened in 2016 when I became a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Using a tool that gives people the language to articulate their talents—and the insight to intentionally apply them—has been transformative for both me and my clients.

As a professional career coach and manager of managers, at the University of Colorado Boulder, I’ve led and coached individuals and teams through complex career and leadership journeys. Whether guiding professionals through big-picture transitions or helping leaders manage more effectively, I bring a strengths-based lens to every conversation. One of my favorite areas of focus is helping clients explore whether a management or individual contributor path aligns best with their goals, values, and natural genius.

Committed to lifelong learning and deepening my craft, I completed the Coach Training Alliance’s certification program in 2025 and am currently pursuing ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors—hiking, biking, skiing—or grounded in reflection through yoga, meditation, and reading.
